Return Policy
Service Returns
For maintenance services, once work has been completed and items have been returned to you, services are considered complete. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss the matter.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition
- Be in original packaging when applicable
- Not be damaged or used
- Include proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order information and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item to the address provided
- Wait for processing and refund confirmation
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
